During the past three years as general manager of Puratos Chocolate USA, based in Kenosha, Wis., Duvauchelle and his team established an efficient, safe and quality-focused operation, achieving SQF certification. Before transferring to the USA team, he worked for Puratos Group in Brussels, Belgium, as business unit director for patisserie mixes, where he was one of the driving forces of innovation and growth of this category worldwide. Current Puratos USA president, Karel Zimmermann, will transition to his new role as regional director of North America, focusing on business growth in the United States, Canada and Mexico. |
